Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our villa renovation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Interiors Fitout provides villa renovation services in Dubai, including but not limited to:

  • Full villa renovation and remodeling
  • Kitchen and bathroom renovation
  • Flooring, ceiling, and painting works
  • Electrical and plumbing coordination
  • Structural modifications (subject to authority approval)
  • Project management and supervision

Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are provided after site inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices displayed on our website are starting estimates and may vary based on actual project requirements.
  • Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation document that includes detailed scope of work.
  • Additional works not included in the original scope will be quoted separately.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in the project quotation and contract.
  • Typically, payments are made in stages based on project milestones.
  • A deposit may be required to commence work.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and handover.

Project Timeline

  • Project timelines are estimated based on scope and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delays may occur due to material availability, authority approvals, or client-requested changes.
  • We will communicate any timeline changes as soon as they are identified.

Authority Approvals

Structural changes, layout modifications, and certain renovation works may require approval from Dubai Municipality or community management. We provide approval support but cannot guarantee approval outcomes. Clients are responsible for ensuring their renovation plans comply with local regulations.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the property and renovation requirements.
  • Ensure access to the property during scheduled work hours.
  • Make timely decisions on materials and design selections.
  • Obtain necessary permissions from landlords or property management if applicable.

Warranty

We provide warranty coverage for our workmanship as specified in the project contract. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
